TradeProven exists for one reason: to make finding a good contractor less painful.

Home improvement projects are expensive. Hiring the wrong contractor can turn a $5,000 project into a $10,000 headache. We built this site to help homeowners compare quotes from multiple professionals before committing to anyone.

How it works

1. You tell us about your project. What you need done, where you are, and when you want to start.
2. We match you with contractors. Up to three professionals in your area who handle the type of work you need.
3. You compare quotes and decide. Review proposals side by side, ask questions, and hire whoever fits your budget and timeline.

There is no cost to you. You are never obligated to hire anyone. And you will never get a sales call from us.

What we cover

We focus on three high-demand home improvement services where getting the right contractor matters most:

• Insulation: Blown-in, spray foam, fiberglass, rigid foam, and retrofit projects. Insulation directly affects your energy bills, comfort, and home value.

Verify your contractor

We cannot guarantee the quality or credentials of any individual contractor’s work. Before hiring anyone, we recommend that you:

• Check their license. Verify that they hold the proper licenses for your state and the specific work they perform.
• Confirm insurance. Ask for proof of general liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage.
• Get references. Ask for recent project references and follow up on them.

Contractors pay us a fee when they receive a lead from our platform. This fee is part of how our service works. You never pay anything, and the fee does not increase your project cost. Contractors factor lead generation costs into their overhead the same way they factor in advertising, vehicles, and tools.

We may also earn revenue from affiliate partnerships and advertising in the future. When that happens, we will disclose it clearly.
