Your contact information and project details are shared with home improvement contractors in your area. You may be matched with up to four contractors or service companies per request. These contractors are independent businesses, not employees or agents of TradeProven.
Lead networks and lead buyers
We may share or sell your information to third-party lead generation networks, lead aggregators, and lead buyers who connect homeowners with contractors. These third parties may contact you directly or resell your information to additional contractors and service providers. We require our lead partners to handle your data in accordance with applicable law, but we do not control their practices after they receive your information.
Analytics and technology providers
We use third-party services to operate our Site:
- Plausible Analytics for privacy-focused website traffic analysis (no cookies, no personal data)
- TrustedForm (ActiveProspect) for TCPA consent verification and certificate generation

Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your request. You may receive calls or texts from multiple contractors or service providers.
If your phone number is on the National Do Not Call Registry or a state Do Not Call list, your submission of a quote request constitutes your consent to be contacted at that number notwithstanding your registration on any such list.
Your rights and choices
All users
You have the right to:
- Access your data. Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete your data. Request that we delete your personal information from our records. Note that we cannot recall information already shared with contractors or lead partners.
- Opt out of communications. Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, or reply STOP to any text message. To opt out of phone calls, contact us directly.
- Revoke TCPA consent. Contact us at any time to withdraw your consent to receive calls and texts.

Our analytics provider, Plausible Analytics, does not set any cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track individual visitors. Data retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy:
- Quote request data is retained for up to 3 years from the date of submission.
- Analytics data is aggregated and non-personal. Plausible retains aggregated traffic data indefinitely but does not store any data that can identify individual visitors.
- TrustedForm certificates are retained for the duration required by applicable TCPA regulations.
After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymized. Information already shared with contractors or lead partners is subject to their own retention policies.
Data security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and our servers. We limit access to personal information to personnel who need it to operate our services.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You submit information at your own risk.
Children’s privacy
Our Site is not intended for anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
